The Thang: various HEAVY style workouts in various counts followed by a run to shake out the demons. Workouts such as manmakers, squats, curls, thrusters, skull krushers, lunges, chest press, BBSUs…you know, stuff like that. The song that would be played on loop would be Swisskapolka (pretty sure hell plays that song on loop too…)
