Tomorrow’s the day before Valentine’s Day. That can only mean one thing…It’ll be February 13th. In honor of the number 13 we’ll be doing 13’s that are kind of like 11’s but with more reps, more exercises and we’ll only be counting down on one side. So, really…I guess they’re not like 11’s at all. You still should come out to see what it’s all about.
