Today was a tough as nails, running workout. I ran harder than I have in a long time…at least a week. And the thing is, I knew what I was in for. For that reason, I was anxious about it and didn’t sleep well last night. If I can help it, I don’t love having back to back, dig deep, grueling workouts. And since in this case, I can help it, we’ll be having some fun at The Hawk’s Nest tomorrow ITG. Your Bird will be pulling out all the stops: Bird is the Word, Wonkey Donkey, Manamana…some or all might be queued up. Don’t get me wrong, it’ll still be tough but we’ll be enjoying ourselves along the way and you’ll be left questioning your Bird’s sanity long before 0615 hits.
