Pretty low key 4th of July for your Bird. Some plans fell through, the early day weather didn’t cooperate and our 4 yr old golden retriever asked us to stay home cuz…hims gets scared!
Good news is, I get to celebrate the 5th of July with my boys! We’ll work off the food and drink we indulged in by playing 45 minutes worth of F3 Patriot Games.
No coupons needed for what we’ll be doing. Shoes and socks to workout in? Probably a good idea. Gloves? You won’t be mad that you brought em. Shorts? Most definitely!! Shirts or tanks? Optional. Grit and willingness to get better? Given to you with your decision to pull into the park!!!
