City Ruck for 12 miles ✅ Sandlot Challenge with 350 running miles in 3 months ✅. Week 0 and week 1 of IPC ✅ Ruck Week to include a 9/11 ruck with miles, PT and over 2000 bleacher steps (btw, my calves are still hollerin at me) ✅…and done!
