The Loco at The County will be crazy but there will be no burpees because of a train. There will be burpees though. There will be some running but not the usual amount for a Bird Q. There will be a playlist but it will not be Bubble Grunge. There will be hard work to put in but you won’t need your coupons to do it. There will be no laying down but we will pull ourselves up. You will get up but it won’t be easy because…we don’t get up for easy!!
