YHC is humbled to have been asked to lead the 2nd ever BO Saturday at our newest location, Band of Brothers at 10600 Lower River Rd. To celebrate, I plan to bring with me a few of my favorite things. The good news is that all you have to do is show up. No coupons, no sandbags, no ruck sacks. Just bring yourselves and your willingness to get better and to start your Saturday off on the right and left two feet!
