Have you ever seen the High Impact Man PAX member of the month videos and thought, “man, I wish I could have one of those premium Arby’s milkshakes.” Well, now’s your chance. All you have to do is 1) show up. 2) Push yourself harder than you normally would. 3) Motivate, high five and pump up those around you to get at least 1% better. From your Bird’s eye view I will select a winner and present the coveted milkshake at COT.
But Bird, how will we know where to go? How long will this last? Why are you doing this?
I’m glad you asked fellers.
- As of Monday, 3/24 we have 17 Monday thru Saturday posting days until Convergence. There are 16 official AOs with another soon to be named official. I will start my journey at Vets tomorrow. From there, I will throw out my HC the day before on where I’ll be the next day.
- As mentioned above you will have 17 possible days to EARN your milkshake, the last day being 4/11 at ______the day before Convergence.

Next, if you made it this far please continue reading to the end and allow me to briefly share a story about one of our High Impact men. This past Wednesday I was at the Sandlot and chatted it up with one of my favorite runners, Captain Crunchberry. Per the norm during runs, we covered a lot of topics. At one point I ran this idea past him to see what he thought. In so many words, he gave me the validation needed to roll with it. Fast forward to two days ago at FSRC Friday and after our run and following a Pumpkin Spice led COT he presents me with the below and says, “I wanted to see if you’d like to use this for your challenge and if you’d do anything different with the design. Let me tell you, I was and am still blown away. I immediately got emotional with the thought and effort he put into this. I haven’t had anyone do something so nice for me since Steve-O gave me a bottle of BigBird bourbon. And before that…I couldn’t tell you. AND, he even made a personal delivery to my mailbox!!
Cap’n will probably give me grief for making mention of this because in true HIM fashion, he does all that he does because he is a good dude that genuinely cares about everyone that he knows. Certainly not for the recognition. Love you my guy and I’m honored to call you friend!!
Now….Get yourselves up, get out, put in that work, make those around you better and earn you a milkshake AND A PATCH!!!
