9 HIMs got swole this morning. I stole this You vs You workout (with some modifications) from Little Jerry. Told the PAX that if they didn’t like it, they should blame him. But if they did like it, obviously it was because of the modifications I made.

The Thang

A simple you verses you circuit. Do the circuit the indicated number of reps for each circuit. If you finish the circuit, start over reducing by 25 for the next round.

When you need a rest for your arms, there are several options. A mosey around the track. A mosey down HBH to the cross walk sign and back. Or any weighted core exercise of your choosing. (Gravity pulls do NOT count, Yankovic!)

Most got somewhere into round 2.

Finished with 5 minutes of mary, avoiding you-know-who so we didn’t have to do you-know-what 😉
