This is a big week for F3 Louisville! Convergence is this Saturday which means Extreme Week starts tomorrow! I’m excited to be kicking the week off by never missing a Monday and will have a milkshake and a patch in tow to award to the individual putting in that extreme hard work while motivating and pushing others to get better.
