So standing in the parking lot with Doubtfire at 0515 we chatted and watched as PAX started showing up in waves.  They came on bikes, on foot, clown cars and one panel van (no judgement KV).  Quick welcome disclaimer and we were off.

Thang 1-

Round 1

Group 1- 10 flutter kicks IC, 10 gas pumps IC & 10 Merkins.  Rinse/repeat & wait for G2

Group 2- run around MPB 15 dips, 10 derkins run up stairs and relieve G1

Round 2

G1- 10 reverse Apolo Ohno’s (oops) 10 Apolo Ohno’s 10 merkins

G2- run around MPB 10 V Ups, 10 Mike Tysons run up stairs and relieve G1

Round 3

G1 10 Butt Kicks, 5 Burpees and 20 American Hammers IC

G2 Run around 10 Squat Kicks, 10 step ups each leg up stairs and done

Ran to back of football field and through some sprinklers.  Yeah that happened.

Thang 2

Modified Dora.  Partnered Up and did 50 Merkins, 100 LBCs and 150 Air Squats . P1 did exercise while P2 ran about 30ish Yrds up and back and switch.

Heard some mubblechatter about this not being too hard.  PAX thanked Draper and additional beatdown ensued.  We ran back near Flag and circled up to introduce everyone to Jack Webb.  As alway,s at first glance he seems mild mannered but everyone learned pretty fast that he is an A-hole.  Completed 10:40.

COT- Count-o-roma, name-o-roma and welcomed 6 FNG’s to the PAX.  #Tclaps to Blue Meth, Wedding Singer, Grinder, Busch, Doubtfire & Draper for crushing it today.  Bread Truck was the 6 and explained his origin.  Old Bay lead us out with some words to the Sky-Q.
