Loco had a plan for an organized day of revelry and couponing but the rainstorm made a few changes to the morning. So the pax gathered round all nestled wondering if they were gonna get their f3 dress up gear dirty. Perhaps the rain was just too much, maybe Loco would throw in the towel and we could all go back home and fartsack… Fortunately, right in the middle of the O field it was sunny and 82 degrees.
Mosey to the parking lot dry area for COP:

Baseball Field: Light Pole to Light Pole 200 yards away.
Pax ran up in a brisk run and back (400 yards) enjoyed the sunshine and squatted in place as all finished.
20 merkins, only to repeat our run (400 yards)
20 Imperial walkers followed by up back up back (800 yards)
followed by Squats and repeat a run: (400 yards)
and just for a bonus we did another (400 yard) followed by 3 bear-pees, you know, a Burpee with a bear crawl…x6
The pax were thrilled at this work out and the dry surface seemed to really make for excellent track interval training. It got emotional, there wasn’t a dry eye in the crowd.
Loco then had more fun with wind mill exercises
3×10, with a 5 count rest, 30 full windmills
and topped it with one more 400 yard run.
Shoulder press 50, left the field, navigated a short swim to the road and did a jog down with each pax giving a food choice- this was a distraction to take the Pax mind off of the rain…which was till steadily falling.
turned around to the parking lot to Circle up- for a tribute to Nugget, duck duck pax chooses.
Moseyed back to flag to give intentions to the Sky Q, Red Roof was our 6 and we #getbetter today. I thank you for pushing me everyday I do this and pushing me to be a better #him. I now need to schedule what workout I planned to do. We drove away and the rain stopped.
