It was test day and 11 HIMS all passed just by showing up. Here are your results:
Warmup: all pax Completed
Beep test: run between cones set up 20 meters apart. Make it to the next cone before the beep. Winner: FNG Dorn at Level 7. (Check out the new guy!)
Say anything test: hold a coupon above your head to the song for as long as possible. Winner: Zoolander (I know, right?)
Foo fighter plank test: plank to the song “the best of you” resting anytime you hear “best”. Winner: Water Boy (finished song).
Sally Merkin Test: Follow the lyrics up and down for as long as possible. Winner: Digiorno.
Tubthumber test: Burpees, lots of burpees, with SSH in between. Winner: all pax.
Warm down, yoga, circle up, Backdraft loves fire trucks, prayers and love to all.
