BackBlast – Sunday Runday @ the”O”.

Another Sunday, Runday, Funday is in the books! PAX – Tron, Pope, Little Jerry and Vincent met for a race training run or just to get in some miles. YHC was a little behind due to the time change but managed to have a flag in the ground in time for the 8am start. Of course, Little Jerry was already several miles in waiting to drag us along for a bunch more! We ran a 45 min loop through the park and Pope dropped for M and 2.0 duties. Tron stayed for a while longer then wrapped up his day after a strong performance. Lil’ Jerry and YHC went a few more to make sure his marathon schedule was on track. Distance time and pace are irrelevant. We ran, talked and all got a tad bit better today.
