I’m usually at the O on Tuesdays but thought I’d sign up to Q the Rooster and visit the fine lads over at the Mutt. Was looking forward to catching up with the Mutt regulars like Zartan, Zoolander, Pepperoni, Mouth, Glen Ross, Fridge, Mad Cow, Backdraft, Buschhhh, Quimby, Spinal Tap, and many more. Wait, none of these guys showed… Sigh… I digress…
Q – OJ
PAX: Deuce, PED, Tiger, Wham-o, Snowman, Plumb Bob, Kilo, PK, Hot Wheels, Geppetto, Miyagi, Blueprint, Sump Pump, Viking
Conditions: 18 degrees, brisk
Gear – Wool socks, thermal tights, shorts, two long sleeve tech shirts, Broncos sweatshirt, fleece hat.
Told the PAX to immediately pair up. Even number, perfect. That breaks my streak of 843 Q’s having an odd number. It always messes up my partner work.

Thang 1 – coupons and partners – wait who is that? Tiger rolling in to mess with my count. The streak continues.
Lining up at the edge of the parking lot.

Thang 2 we took off on a Snaking Native American run (person in back has to weave his way through each PAX on his way to the front) to Wending Ct. It’s located off Elmwood about .5 miles from the school. It’s got a pretty good little hill that ends up with a cul de sac.
11’s starting with 10 burpees at the bottom and 1 mountain climber at the top. This street is pretty steep. I was breathing heavy. We got about halfway through and time was running short so I called it and we made a regular Native American run back to the school.
Returned the coupons and circled up

Intentions and Praises (Miyagi :)) were given. When the weather gets like this, I can’t help but think about the large homeless population downtown. I pray that they can seek the shelter that they need this week.
Thanked the Lord above for such a wonderful group of men. Blessed to be a part of it all.
