I don’t know for sure but I’d like to think ole Bob Dylan was thinking about posting at Bag of Wrenches when he wrote “A Hard Rain’s a Gonna Come” in ‘63.
Whether this was the case or not I doubt he’d use it as an excuse not to post. It will most likely be rainy and cold, but as OB once said you only get wet once.
