My apologies for the late Back Blast fellas, I could give you a list of excuses but it would be just that excuses.
So I won’t.
We haven’t done Arms in a while, so I thought we could work those beach muscles!
Pax: Le Pew, Carlose, WeedWacker, Alexa, Meatball, Storm Trooper, Big Bird, McAfee, Tony Malito, Launch Pad(R), Worm, & Hot Wheels(Q)
We circled up for some warm ups and stretches. Then everyone and their weight gathered around “the tomb” area of the monument.
We did 3 bicep exercises then two laps around the circle, 3 tricep exercises then two more laps. Rinse and Repeat!
Next we did a variation of Ace and Gary’s while hanging off the tomb. Then another two laps.
Circled up for a little Mary to close it out.
