The IronPAXChallenge is a very “love-hate” thing…well maybe “like-hate”. Each week for four weeks a different WO is sent out by F3Greenwood to track either an elapsed time or total number of reps. Each week I’d see the WO & think to myself, “Damn, this thing is gonna be a b*^~h” & each week I was right. However, each week after I pushed myself harder than I normally would during a WO & completed the 23 minute to 43 minute challenge it felt SO damn good. Am I in contention to put up the overall highest score within F3Nation? Nope, not even close, but I can tell you this: THE PAX & I WHO PARTICIPATED ABSOLUTELY GOT BETTER EVERY SINGLE WEEK DOING THESE WOs. Now if you’re ready for a teaser, know this might not be the end of the IPC in F3Louisville…

Week 4 WO:
You can see the WO required a 100 yard clearing so I decided to we’d do this thing on the Egg Lawn. I got to The Posh a little before everyone else to measure/mark out the 100 yards & pull out the coupons needed for the PAX. Just like the previous three weeks, there was no COP, just come individual stretching. Once all the PAX were ready we went through the details of the WO (exercises, number of reps, number of rounds, how to stop your timer, etc). The PAX got to their spots, I gave em a 3 count & hit “start” on the timer.
WEEK 4 RESULTS:
In case you’re wondering why Big Bird’s time shows “00:00:00” it’s because Tuesday was his first time using the Stop Watch app & he double tapped the “STOP” next to his name which ended up resetting his time, but he literally finished right before me. Each week it was absolutely awesome to see the PAX who were finished with the WO rally around & support the PAX who were still doing the WO…LEAVE NO MAN BEHIND, BUT LEAVE NO MAN WHERE YOU FIND HIM.
