I put this black ops on the calendar for a couple of reasons. First after what I’m going to eat and drink today I know I’ll need a workout and there’s no way I’m getting up in time for the regularly scheduled one. Second I knew I was going to miss burpee football at the County today and I like burpee football. So tomorrow we will workout and play burpee football. So calling all late risers and those interested in a double header out to the County.
