Mosey to get coupons and head to the back lot where a pyramid style workout awaited.
The Pyramid consisted of 5 levels with deceasing reps each level.
Level 1: 50 Reps each of the following: Merkins, Jump Lunges (single count), Big Boys, & Coupon Dips with a mosey to the far median after each exercise.
Level 2: 40 Reps each of the following: Goiners, Coupon Curls, & Coupon Squats with Carioca to the far median after each exercise.
Level 3: 30 Reps each of the following: Coupon Press, & American Hammers then Bernie to the far median after each exercise.
Level 4: 20 Reps each of the following: Burpees & CPRs (Coupon Curl-Overhead Press-Triceps Raise) with a Mosey to the far median after each exercise.
Level 5: 10 Man Makers and sprint to the median and back.
Returned coupons and headed back to the flag for CoT. Announcements for Uncle Rico’s sock drive, Thanksgiving County Burpee football and Abacus Black Ops beforhand, and a great update on Bulletin.
I expressed one of the things I have really enjoyed about F3 is starting the day with so much positivity and a group of people all pulling in the same direction. I try to carry that positive attitude throughout the day and it has really helped. It was a privilege to lead this group today and am truly grateful for the opportunity and support. Ended with intentions and the Lord’s Prayer.
