When I signed up for this Q, I planned to theme it around the kick-off of the NCAA tournament (one of my favorite days of the year). A lot has changed since then, but I am excited to lead you men, as the gloom has really help me keep my sanity. We will mix in some running and building of all muscle groups – all while staying socially distant from each other. Here is the plan:
Thang 1:
20 SSH
15 Toy Soliders
10 Grass Grabbers
Runners Stretch
Thang 2:
10 Merkins – 20 Lunges – 30 Squats and 40 LBC’s, then the full lap around Friendship Manor
10 CDD – 20 Big Boys – 30 Plank Jacks – 40 SSH, then another lap
10 burpees – 20 jump lunges – 30 imperial walkers – 40 calf raises, final lap
