BlackOps at the O continues
5 PAX: Plumb Bob, Glen Ross, Vincent (Respect), Fall Guy (Respect), Cookie.
5:30: No Q, so we decided to cut this up and rotate between the PAX:
Started with a mosey around the O, stopping at every third light pole for pax pick exercise. One loop complete and we exit the park and head back into Cherokee Gardens for more Pax pick workout, using hills, troll bridge, and more hills.
Re-enter the park at 6:10 and mosey back to the flag for COT
