Thang One: Burpees on the Halfpipe. PAX distanced at the top of the halfpipe doing burpees AMRAP, Q released PAX one at a time for a sprint on the halfpipe, ensuring that no more than two PAX were on the pipe at a given time. Rinse and repeat 6 times.
Mosey to the basketball courts, 10 feet apart all the way.
Thang Two. Bearcrawl length of court. Do 10 burpees. Bearcrawl back. 9 burpees. Repeat until you’re down to one burpee.
Mosey to the tennis courts, 10 feet apart all the way.
