BB – Worm Q HEAVY Zoom Gloom

I believe my first Zoom Gloom experience was a success. No technical difficulty and I didn’t wake up the family. We focused on three areas- Chest, Tri’s, and Shoulders. I was smoked, hopefully the PAX felt the same.

Warmup- 50 Merkins, 25 IC SSH, Arm Circles, 25 Merkins, Windmills, 20 Merkins

2x Weighted Dips / Free Weight Dips

3x Super Set – Seated Single Arm Press / Single Arm ISO Curls

20 – 10 – 5 Merkin Pull Throughs

3x Super Set- Standing Single Arm Shoulder Press / Standing two arm curls

2x Weighted Dips / Tricep extensions

20 – 10 – 5 Merkin Pull Throughs

10 T-Merkins
