Be prepared with the following-
Weight for single arm movements. (Isolation Curls, Shoulders Presses, Back Rows) I’m using a 35lb dumbbell.
Heavier weight for Squats, Lateral Raises, Side and Step-back Lunges, Merkin Pull Throughs, Overhead triceps extensions, Core work). I’m using a 45lb plate and a Ruck.
Have a chair or bench available for dips and seated exercises.
