The weather was perfect this morning for the 13 PAX at Bayside. Before the WO Sadie and I were talking when a mysterious vehicle pulled into the parking lot. Sadie said: “I don’t recognize that car. You’re drawing a crowd.” It was then that Aerobie and Nan Moore proudly stepped from their vehicle. Shout out to those incredible HIMs for making the trip out – much love!

The Thang on the concrete football field: if you haven’t been to Bayside yet, make it out there. They have a beautiful AO with infinite potential for workouts. I was proud of the PAX at Bayside. All our arms and shoulders were crushed, but every member pushed through the pain and crushed the workout. Another shout out and T Claps for Aerobie who is healing from an injury on his foot. He modified, but didn’t let up one bit. His attitude, and discipline was an inspiration for everyone.
We returned the coupons the circled up for Mary.
- 50 flutter kicks in cadence
- 25 Superman Swimmers
- 30 second Superman pose
We ended around the flag with Teddy Roosevelt’s “Man in the Arena,” then all took off into the gloom where we will serve as lights in the darkness to all those needing guidance, leadership and an example to follow.
