There have been reports from Dauber and Pelican that YHC hates the Nest. All I can say is #fakenews. Forecast is for 49 degrees and no coupons are needed. Bring some reflective gear, a head lamp, and some running shoes as we will be exploring off campus. We will mix in some full body exercises as well and may even see some single legged flutter kicks to close it out.
