My morning started at 4:55am with Flexseal and Maytag pulling up to my house to hop in the clown car and make the 30 minute trek out to Tyler Park. Thanks to the tunnel, all of the hard work this morning was under cover. We got a little wet on the traveling, but you only get wet once.

Warmup consisted of the typical stuff…SSH, GG, Imperial Walkers, Toy Soldiers, Downward Dog with L/R.
We took a mosey around the running loop and then as a team we ran up and down the stair circuit (which was explained as the travel route for Thang 1).
Thang 1:
5 rounds
Each round has a focus on Arms / Legs / Core
15x Reps per exercise.
Run a lap after each round
Thang 2:
Pax split into pairs with one group of 3.
Partner 1 rifle carry coupon around the running loop while Partner 2 performed 10 Jump Squats and then mosey’d to catch partner 1 and switch.
The group of 3 modified with one PAX doing a double farmer carry and 2 PAX doing Jump Squats and then taking over with a double rifle carry. We rotated who had to farmer carry both blocks.
We completed two laps and met back in the tunnel for 6 minutes of Mary.

Update on 🐴 Stable Summer Series (SSS) 🐴 2024:
We are 4 weeks into summer and have knocked out 5 AO’s. That is at least 5+ PAX from The Stable traveling on M-W-F-S to all other F3 Louisville AO’s.
