Backblast #F3villeblackops . The Murphy – Just a little tap dance

First off, I’d like to mention some prayers for Iceman and his family.  Though I do not know the circumstances, his father was admitted to the ER last night.  Mr. Starchild is likely to head up Q @ King Louies.  Follow F3 Parklands on FB for more information.  Thoughts with Iceman and family.

PAX:  Tool Time, Mcafee (Macafee, Mycoffee, Makaffee) , Nugget, Glauc

It was a nice crisp mosey around the egg lawn.  Nugget stayed back to work on BARBARA.  The 3 of us chatted, gossiped.  We discussed who could do more pull ups..CI or Pope? Who had better legs… Methane or Starchild?   And who wore the fitted F3 shirt the best..  Tool time or Bob Ross??    All while have the nice background of some Tap Dancing.. Thanks to Mcafee’s Metcon 3’s.  Those are great shoes, but about the only thing you can sneak up on in those is a hibernating black bear (if you’re lucky).   I think we woke up every sleeping deer, snake, squirrel, frog, monkey etc. etc. etc.  running around the lawn..    It was a nice pace with some nice cadence.

5 pullups , 10 pushups, 15 air squats   x 20

Random shout outs to nugget were made.  We could see his light in the distance. Up down, up down… sometimes upside down?? sometimes sideways?? Nugget would come and cheer us on, give us a slap on the rear and give encouraging words of praise and wisdom.. “you look so smart doing those pull-ups, Mcafee”  ” Your guns are about to explode, TT!”

Overall,  TT and Mcafee handled it like a boss..  Myself??  better, much better.  After deciding my long monkey arms should not go all the way down on a pullup, those became a lot better.  The pushups were probably the easiest.. Air Squats were definitely fuller and more complete vs. other Murphs..

The back around the lawn was definitely a slower tap dance…  I swear the toughest part is that first 1/4 of that second mile.  There was very little chit chat.. TT was dreaming of pancakes, Mcafee dreaming of being back in the bed with his lady, myself dreaming of a day when I no longer have to explain “astigmatism” (don’t ask)

A little name o rama.. + Prayers for screech,  kilo, Iceman and all family’s going through health issues.

Again, the goal is to get better… I think All HIMs in attendance today got better.  Thanks for coming out.
