#Incubator Build-A-Bear Backblast

I am not sure how I signed up for back to back Qs, but I am sure glad I did. Both workouts wiped me out as I tried to keep the “DO IT IF YOU Q IT” attitude. That said, I am really excited to see some new Qs step up in the Posh soon, and maybe even some others who haven’t signed up in a while and forget how much fun it is!

As I drove up with Methane and Bobross in the Willowgate Clown Car, I noticed a LOT of cars. To my surprise, Glaucoma at TWO FNGs!!! Now the pressure was on to walk the fine line: not to scare them off, and not to waste their time!!! Plus, I wanted to share an idea I stole and coined… BUILD A BEAR!

PAX: Glaucoma, G Bear (FNG), Nino, Uncle Rico, Methane, Gypsy, Little Jerry, Dunphy, Double Down, Bobross, Abacus, Diablo, Snowman, Star Child, Mr. Hat Boozer, and Brown (FNG)

To get the blood flowing, I called out 10 BOYOS, then we Moseyed to “The Stage” for the COP

Thang- Jack Webb Day!

Round 1– Whatever you all the Squat/Lunge 1:4 style Jack Webb Count

Round 2– BUILD A BEAR!!! WOOF!!!!

This was rough. I am not sure what I was thinking. We each stood in front of a parking lot bumper, with another one on the other side of the parking lot. We did one derkin, then BEAR CRAWLED to the other side, 2 Derkins, bear crawled back, 3 derkins, and rinse and repeat to THIRTEEN!

We needed a breather, so after this, we moseyed around the Egg Lawn for an NA Run

Round 3-

JACK WEBB- 1:4 ratio count of Merkin and hand raises. The FNGs thought it was silly….. until we got to about 6:24 count…. Then they felt the burn!

We moseyed back for some Gas pumpers and Flutters, then wrapped it up!

In the Namearama, G-Bear got his name because he would randomly yell out something about a bear to keep the motivation going. I am really, really excited he found F3. Turns out he did something like this at Kelley Construction, called F4!!! Hacks….. Brown works for FEDEX, so he is BROWN. Easy peasy!

Diablo reminded us that our 1 year anniversary convergence (and really Zoo’s Bday) is coming up soon!, Also F3Dads is next month (3/24). Mark your calendar!
