
I’ve been having some trouble finding a Q for the #Ruiner workout this Saturday (and other Saturdays, hint hint!) so we’re going to honor Lt. Michael P. Murphy and do his workout as so many do on this Memorial Day Weekend.

Run 1 mile
100 Pull Ups
200 Merkins
300 Squats
Run 1 mile
(For time)
This workout will be challenging, but we will modify as needed. We’re already modifying from the jump because HIM Murph did this workout with a 20lb weight vest.
I will need to modify pull ups myself, as I cannot do them well. Let’s work together, break down the sets and finish this together.
