1st time as the official Q!  Thanks to @Mr.Hat for making the drive, and support!  Thanks to @grinder for picking up the slack on the second half of the workout!  Thanks to to @Opa(R) for coming out at 67!

We made good work of the Big Four Pedestrian Bridge, merkins, LBC, and air squats every joint we passed.  errrr. expansion joint, that is.  One the way back we had dips and bohemian squats rotating at every bench.  Complete with women yelling “deeper.” – chagrin.

@grinder took the second half and finished everything up with killer ab and pelvis exercises on a #poshland worthy playground.

@grinder will be back this Saturday.  @3gru will only show up if it rains!
