28 pax showed up for a lovely election morning beatdown. I am honored to have so many HIM’s in attendance.
Airplane continued to try and sling Hoorags while Catfish tried to convince everyone that he counts as a Poshland AO Pax despite being the site Q for North Posh. Airplane remains unconvinced.
We started off with a quick mosey with some high knees and butt kicks for good measure. Circled back up for 15 SSH, 15 Grassgrabbers, 15 Abe Vigodas. Now that we were loss the Pax lined up. I instructed the Pax we have to follow the leader to the far end of the parking lot. Pax at the front can call out what ever exercise to get there followed by 5 Merkins by the leader to let everyone else catch up. Start with bearcrawls, followed by a duck walk, and finally a Mario.
The Main Thang:
Round 1 we completed 5 BOYOs then an 1/8 miles run around the parking lot

Most the Pax made it close to this point. Catfish made it to Round 9 then worked back through 3 or 4 more times.
Time was up and we ran back for a glorious ball of man.
