16 PAX turned out to get better with Abacus in a UvU workout.

YHC modified early into the Q and after a quick mosey to the tennis courts PAX knocked down AMRAP merkins for 60 seconds. Turns out the PAX is strong and is in shape according to USA Today.

COP for proper warm-up. SSH, Squats, Kendra Newman, LBC’s

THANG 1

20 Minute AMRAP of the following:

15 Merkins

20 Squats

30 Oblique Baby Crunches (15 each side)

Run the .25 miles around the tennis courts on the track

Rinse and repeat.

Partner up

P1 – runs to end of tennis courts and back and switch with P2

P2 – knocks out 100 groiners, 200 Lunges (Single Leg), 300 LBCs
