Backblast – Black Ops Ruck @ Nest 3.9.19

Last night I threw up a last minute ruck before LePew’s VQ. Crock Pot and Jolly Rancher joined me. It was Crock Pot’s first time rucking. We enjoyed some good 2nd F along the way of covering over 3.5 miles.
