Dang it felt good this morning.  Watch read 55 degrees.

Rolled up in the clown car with a few minutes to spare.  PAX, at that point, were probably worried their Q had fartsacked.

15 SSH, 15 grass grabbers, arm circles forward/back, and downward dog stretches.

THE ONLY THANG (Took place far side of lot, past playground/Gheens)

Ladder – Complete exercise 1, run lap, complete exercise 1 + 2, run lap, complete exercise 1 + 2 + 3, run lap, and so on and so forth. Lap was a circle from starting point to crosswalk between playground and Gheens.

2 Wall Derkins

5 Mountain Climbers (full count; 1, 2, 3, 1…1, 2, 3, 2)

10 Gas Pumps (full count)

15 Big Boy Sit-ups

20 Superman Merkins

25 Box Jumps

30 Dips

35 Jump Lunges (single count)

40 Flutter Kicks (single count)

45 Squats

50 Burpees

PAX went you vs. you hard until 6:10.  I stopped the Thang and jumped straight to the end.

50 BOYOs until 6:15.  And yes, Little Jerry got all 50 done.
