Weather conditions – perfect.

YHC arrived early enough to sneak in a few merkins to boost the daily count toward 500 while the PAX mingled nervously wondering what was in store.

Started with short and slow mosey to front lot for COP including SSH, squats, kendra newmans, and many other fund things.

THANG 1 – Telephone pole burpees. Run down Mt. Mercy. At each telephone pole do 1 burpee and continue to end of street. Plank for 6. On way back for first 11 telephone poles knock out 1 merkin then 2 at the 2nd pole, etc. This little fun exercise provided 66 more merkins!

THANG 2 – slow mosey to playground for full body fun.

Time was running short so we moseyed to the flag for COT.
