Great morning for heavy Bulletin Board work at the Foundry. Here is the short and sweet Back Blast.

I explained the workout on the board. 9 Combo exercises to be performed for 5 sets each at 20 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest. 1 minute to rotate between exercises.

  1. Squat and High Pull
  2. Curl and Arnold Press
  3. Lunge and Side Raise
  4. Fly and Pull Over
  5. Chest Press and Skull Crusher
  6. Landmine Squat and Press
  7. Bent Over Row and Dead Lift
  8. Reverse Lunge and Step Up
  9. Merkin and Renegade Row
