Things you’ll need;
- Smart phone or connected device
- Zoom app or Zoom link (https://zoom.us/j/221604443)
- Driveway or garage (given the weather forecast I strong encourage you to get out into the driveway)
- Coupon or weight of any kind
- A chair or elevated surface of some sort (bench, sitting wall, etc.)
Things to do in preparation;
- Prior to joining the WO please mark off 25 yards (for those who joined the Monday WO, don’t worry it won’t be for more sprints)
Be ready to get after it in the morning.
