What a perfect morning to get better! This was somewhat of a rinse and repeat from my Q a couple of weeks ago and turned out to be a great start to the day!

Thang 1:
We divided into two groups. Group 1 jogged down Brookfield to St. Matts Ave and back up Elmwood alternating at each street light with 15 merkins and 15 LBC’s/Big Boys. Group 2 jogged on ‘long sides of school’ and did lunge walk or high step on ‘short sides of school’ until Group 1 came back to relieve…upon which Group 2 jogged around neighborhood and Group 1 stayed on campus.
