On 1.7.21 10 woke up to see what professor Tidwell had assigned for them. I came up with this workout with the hope that no one had done this before.
Thang 1: I tried to make up something that would be a mix of running, lifting, and cardio. That being said we spelled out our names with every letter being a different exercise. Some of these exercises were man makers, merkins, and skull crushers. After you spelled out your name you would run a short lap. We did three times before moving on to the next thang.
Thang 2: I recently saw an article where ray lewis would flip over a card and do that many push ups until he completed the whole deck, this is why he wore 52. I made a spin off of this, we did push ups for any card that was red and sit ups for any card that was black. We did about half of the deck before Mary.
Mary: we went around the circle and everyone called out a Mary exercise. Some of these exercises were gas pumps, flutter kicks, and American hammers.
