BB – 3/16 The Cliffs at The Garden w/Jimmy Neutron

The pre-blast mentioned that we would be working on our minds, bodies, and spirits as a 3-part workout to prepare for St. Patrick’s day. We parked at the top of the hill to save us some time since the coupon work would be at that level. At 5:29 I went over the disclaimers and then we carried our coupons to the top of the hill of stolen souls. We dropped our coupons there and continued to mosey down to landing halfway down the hill where I had set up a speaker to play some Irish music. We did 20 SSH, stretched with downward dog/calf stretches/runner stretch, and got the arms with Kendra Newmans and Michael Phelps. We did 11 Boy-O’s since our workout today would be 11’s and then moseyed the rest of the way down the hill.

The Thang:

Since being an Irishman could seem like running uphill both ways, our 11s included starting with 10 body-builders (Body) by running up to the top of the steps, man-makers at the top of the hill (Mind) and running the hill of stolen souls (Spirit). We bear-crawled the landing area from the speed bump to the speaker, which was about 20 yards each way up and down the hill. Simple but still a difficult task. We worked until time ran out. At the flag we did COR, NOR, Announcement, Intentions, and closed with an Our Father.
