We will run a modify kinda Murphlike challenge that we see us cover distance with a strong coupon component. We will stretch our legs while exploring an underutilized spot at Saint A’s, and smoke our core with repetition. Muscles are proven to work best when hot, so intensity will be high to counter the air temps. We will get through each evolution together as one unit and we will cover two miles.
