When I got back from the Father Daughter last night I loaded up my Explorer for today’s Q.

I arrived 15 minutes early to get setup. Bayside has a great setup for those PAX who have not been there. There is lots of great lighting and distances marked off in their parking lot.
There were 9 pax who participated. (Birdie, Firing Pin (2.0), Banana Bread, Dauber, Ruby (R), Slide Rule, Charolais (R), Borland (R) and Meter Maid (Q). Apparently, Slide Rule was early much to the surprise of normal Baysiders.
I gave my disclaimer and we moseyed to get warmed up in the sub 20 degree temperature. We went all the way around the circle to toward the entrance to the high school. We stopped along for a COP of 5 nuclears, Toy Soldiers IC, Grass Grabbed IC, Arms Circles and Michael Phelps OYO. Then, we moseyed to go start for the main thang – the potted plants first trip and a few sand bags and GoRuck Rucker.
I ran the pax through all the exercises that consisted of T-holds, punch out, bent over flys, rotating over single overhead press, bench press, halos, skull crushers, curls, uneven farmers carry, sandbag squats and ruck merkins. After completing the exercise, they ran to other end of the parking lot and found another open spot. I also brought some music featuring country music. Sorry Dauber no ads or Taylor Swift.
We went until about five minute left. We spent a few minutes stretching and closed out with Gas Pumps IC and Preacher Sit-Ups before time was called.
We circled up at the flag. We did COR and NOR. For announcements, the February ruck (The Winter Olympics) is 2/18 at the O. It will start at 7:15pm at the Seneca Park basketball court parking lot. Bayside will be celebrating 4 years on March 8. For intentions, we mentioned Husky, a few of Birdie’s Uncles and Banana Bread’s friend who is battling brain cancer. We lifted up those intentions and I said intentions and closed with an Our Father.
Always Humbled to Lead,
