BB – The Bridge at the Posh – Meter Maid Q – 6/21/23

Methane and I swapped site Q and Q this morning. It allowed me to Q at the Posh which is one of my favorite AOs. We had 4 at the start, which out numbered the 3 fit moms. The pax included Ladybird (minus Emma aka Beggin Strips), Bob Ross, Presto and Meter Maid (Q).

After a disclaimer that included I don’t have any coffee (Methane has brought it the past two weeks), we started our tour. We moseyed to the Gheens Lodge for COP. It included planks jacks IC, mountain climbers IC, hilly billies IC, runners stretch (strict) and plank salutes. I randomly mixed up the total reps on each exercise to keep the pax on their toes.

During COP, I asked Presto about his sports. I think he has played or plays about everything. He even recently played Valhalla.

Next up we moseyed across the Bridge to the fountain. We did a standard 20 dips and 20 derkins. Then, we moseyed to the soccer fields. The soccer fields were recently killed and replanted. Most posh grass in all of F3 Louisville. I will say the ground was wet so the pax became human squeegees. I played some music and we did 7s with big boys and 4-count flutter kicks. Ladybird had a turtle so I directed him to the porta potties nearby. He regretted that option but met back up with us.

We came back across the fountain and knocked out another 20 dips and 20 derkins. This time added 20 steps to exercises.

As we crossed the bridge, we held Al Gore and then stopped at the Egg Lawn a 0.7 mile loop. It is marked every 0.1 where the pax did 10 merkins until a full lap was completed.

We returned to the start ex and had 4 minutes of Mary. It included flutter kicks IC, gas pumps IC, left leg only flutter kicks IC, right leg only flutter kicks IC and preacher situps. Final part was a prisoner get up as time was called.

Ended with COR and NOR. Monthly ruck is Saturday at 0400 here at the Posh led my McAfee. If you need a ruck reach out to Pizza or me. Concluded with intentions and a prayer.

Always humbled to lead,

-Meter Maid
