In keeping with this, Patty and YHC had a recent idea to expand to downtown Louisville. Tomorrow will be our first black ops workout from 6am-6:45am. The address is 1101 River Road, Louisville, KY, 40202. No coupons will be needed. We will be moving to stay warm. Lots of ground to explore in the Waterfront Park.
Invite those pax and FNGs are in Southern Indiana or live and/or work downtown.
