Okay guys, while Xerox is out of the country visiting good ole’ ENGERLAND, YHC will have the Q and Site Q tomorrow.
Typically, there is a lot of running or coupon work so that we can yell at each other to “Keep pushing” or “We don’t get up for easy!”
BUT
Tomorrow will be different. I am taking one of Pelican’s Qs and bringing it to the Patriot. Since it’s exactly (almost) 6 months from New Year’s Eve, I thought what better way to spend it than with a – reconnect or checking in time – on how your 2024 is doing. We will do VERY little amount of running, circle up with some 2ndF and some refreshments, and then run back.
No burpees, no ultimate frisbee, no heartbreak hill, just enjoying your fellow F3 bro. If you haven’t been out in awhile, this is a great time to get back!
