Last week, I had planned to run this but I was under the weather. Appreciated the last minute Pelican, Dauber and Backflop co-Q last week while I recovered. While no green checks for ruck week, the planned workout is coming back.
Optimally, this “Salty Summit” Michael Easter workout will be best performed with a sandbag but rucks work well, too. It will be a you vs you workout. This workout will build legs like pistons and a solid core for reaching those summits.
If you have an extra sandbag and ruck, please bring it. I’ll also bring some extras to share as well.
