Tuesdays at The County (The Loco) has always been my favorite beatdown, so what better place to celebrate 400 posts?
I was HC’d by a work friend (F3 Omaha’s Swiper). First post was 7/3/22 at Pleasantville. I found my F3 home at The County after I recovered from that workout a week or so later (Bacon was Q, he kicked my ass and then gave me a stupid name I have to explain).
We will meet at the playground cuz the coupon stash is nearby, and because Pelican keeps asking why we don’t use the playground anymore.
We will do 550 reps of hard stuff in 45 minutes, with short runs to rest our muscles. It will suck (there will be burpees and manmakers) but there will be music and the usual County mumblechatter.
Have your coupon or a borrowed one from the stash with you on the playground at 0530 sharp, the agenda is full and we will use all 45 minutes. I’m pretty sure Bacon could still kick my ass, but I’m better than I was 399 posts ago.
