After checking the weather this morning I was glad I had a workout that did not require much running. With wind gust of 20+mph this was the ideal workout.
I brought my bluetooth speaker for this workout so we could have our 10min countdown with techno music and a hot British chick to count us down.
We started with a fun around the parking lot and a little Karaoke… battling the wind we moseyed to the Pavilion.

With a small PAX like this it made the workout more personal. I really enjoyed it!
After a short stretching session and intentions and count off we parted ways.
