BackBlast The Bridge Bob Ross Q 4/4/18

After checking the weather this morning I was glad I had a workout that did not require much running.  With wind gust of 20+mph this was the ideal workout.

I brought my bluetooth speaker for this workout so we could have our 10min countdown with techno music and a hot British chick to count us down.

We started with a fun around the parking lot and a little Karaoke… battling the wind we moseyed to the Pavilion.

COP:

20 Grass Grabbers

20 Imperial Squats

20 Abe Begodas

Thang 1:

10 min workout – As many reps as possible!

20 Decline pushups

20 Box jumps

20 Gas Pumps

Thang 2:

10 min workout – As many reps as possible!

20 Mule Kicks

20 Dips

20 Carolina Dry Docks

Thang 3:

10 min workout – As many reps as possible!

10 Burpees

20 Calf Raises

20 LBC

PAX Bob Ross, MacFee (Killed it today… Lapping most of us with his reps)

Mr. Hat, and Booser

With a small PAX like this it made the workout more personal. I really enjoyed it!

After a short stretching session and intentions and count off we parted ways.
